Accounts Payable

ESTA has deep domain expertise in procure-to-pay and multi-location service delivery capability. More than 1800 employees support Accounts Payable processes across America, Europe and Asia, handing some 15 million invoices and disbursements of $110 billions. Lifecycle sub-processes supported by our team include document imaging and management, invoice processing and resolution, payments, Helpdesk, and controllership (including audit, duplicate avoidance, statutory support like escheatment and 1099 and reconciliations). We support most European, Latin and Asian languages in addition to English. And we have extensive experience performing Accounts Payable processes on Oracle and other ERP systems such as PeopleSoft or SAP.

Order to Cash

ESTA's Order-to-Cash practice provides end-to-end solutions for the entire customer-to-cash lifecycle—driving transformation through our proprietary OTC platform suite, Akritiv and eBilling We manage upstream processes, often referred to as Order-to-Bill, that include setting up customers and their contracts, assessing credit risk, and managing order fulfillment. We also handle downstream processes, or Invoice-to-Cash, such as delivering invoices and receiving payments electronically, collecting, and applying cash payments and resolving customer disputes and deductions. ESTA has the largest business-to-business OTC operation in the industry. We have 3,000-plus associates around the globe managing more than $100 billion in revenue for our Customers. Our scale and unparalleled experience positions us uniquely to service a wide variety of industries, geographies and company sizes. And our onshore, near-shore and offshore service delivery options cater to a wide range of language, price and functional needs.

General Accounting

ESTA has 3000 record-to-report personnel and offers a full suite of General Accounting solutions to global businesses and Fortune 500 clients. Our Accounting to Reporting team has handled 150,000 balance-sheet accounts with an aggregate balance of $250 billion in reconciliation every year. For 10-plus years we have provided useful, real-time GA information to businesses in industries such as Auto, Media, Banking /Finance, Insurance and Hospitality businesses, providing them with services ranging from Revenue, Expense Accruals and Fixed Assets Accounting, to Inventory and Supply Chain Accounting, and Account Reconciliations (Bank, Cash, Sub-ledger), as well as Inter-Company Accounting and Reconciliations, Accruals and Reserves, and Journal Entries. Our experience working in a multicurrency environment benefits some 60 GA clients spread across Asia, Australia, Europe, and America, allowing foreign-exchange implications to be accurately reflected. The GA team is also able to leverage broad statutory expertise (US, UK GAAP, IFRS, etc) to handle multiple books. We also boast experience deploying customized-tax and currency-translation-adjustment programs, and formula-based automated-journal entries that reduce long closing cycle times. A host of tools and technologies further drives GA efficiency and improvement, and ensure appropriate controls and checks. We can even support acquisitions through integration of financial systems and data migration while offering access to dedicated subject matter experts and case study forums to facilitate best-practice sharing.

Closing & Reporting

ESTA's Closing & Reporting expertise and wealth of analytical knowledge are gained across industries ranging from manufacturing to service to financial services. Treasury & Tax
